“As a matter of fact, I see the repression of the feminine principle as the biggest problem on the planet, and since the planet has become a global village, power alone is just not going to work any more.” ~ Marion Woodman
.
This training will take you on a journey of Returning to Embodied Feminine Wholeness – and will deeply impact all women you work with and support, and will profoundly change you as a woman and a female practitioner.
Trauma is very ‘trendy’ right now. Everybody is talking about it. And you might have read some books or even attended some smaller training.
But the reality is that reading some books or doing a little training is not going to give you the kind of understanding and skills that are needed for effective transformational and healing work.
The reality is that trauma and somatic education and skills are necessary for any practitioner working with clients – in 1-2-1 and group settings – and wanting to offer a safe and inclusive container. This is not a ‘nice-to-have’ optional approach but a complete necessity for our work.
In addition, working in an integrated way and learning somatic practices for nervous system regulation and body-focused coaching approach allows us to support our clients on a much deeper level. The kind of level that is wholly transformational and changes the way you work with and support your clients and changes your life and business forever.

“I came to this training with a beginner’s mind in relation to Somatic coaching. I was initially hoping to become more trauma informed and understand how to integrate this with clients. As we moved through the modules at perfect pacing, I found myself becoming captivated by the content and how Aneta was presenting it to us. While my initial intention was to gain knowledge to help my clients, I began to notice subtle internal shifts within myself and noticed the course was having a profound effect on me. The embodied aspect of this training is so cleverly put together that these shifts are so subtle it’s almost like an embrace. A true coming together of Soma, Psyche & Soul.
I have gained a totally new insight into how I understood trauma, I have learnt about the different types and impacts of trauma and now possess an incredible understanding of where it lives within us and also how it can be transformed.
Aneta delivers the various maps & models with such ease and clarity that I began to develop a real hunger for more and often had to be reminded to pace myself. This training has been so well structured and Aneta has wealth of knowledge & expert technique in teaching in a way that puts our needs as practitioners first and then naturally embodies these concepts within us as women, this in turn truly empowers us. This training has been life changing for me, I have learnt more about myself than I ever thought possible, I hope I can carry this groundbreaking wisdom to my clients. A Truly Transformational Experience and I cannot thank Aneta enough.” – Sam Kiernan

“The training has acted as an olive branch to parts of myself l had lost connection with. I admire the way Aneta allows time for processing and integration; as individuals we are able to access learning in alignment with our own personal capacity and I love that we are invited to re-visit and re-immerse in our sessions in our own time as we evolve as practitioners and upon or own pathways of personal healing.
As you are held within the expanse of growth, the Golden Mandala Yoga-Soma Institute encourages the awakening of curiosity from the dormancy of the unknown within a space of collective safety and I have felt thoroughly supported.
I would recommend Aneta’s Trauma-Informed Somatic Teachings to those seeking to become embodied teachers and coaches, yoga practitioners, holders of spaces in the community & therapeutic settings alongside those feeling the desire to obtain tools of possibility aiding them to harness a deepened understanding for their own healing” – Serina Leech

“I am so grateful for having decided to attend this training! I joined this training because I felt an urge to understand more in depth the broad subject of how trauma works, learn more about somatic movement and definitely because, since I am a yoga instructor – I would love to use this training to help and empower women to become their best version of themselves. I felt that this training will open doors I didn’t see before and I am so happy to say that each day I get more and more clarity on this path.
First of all, I have not been wrong in where Aneta is concerned. She does own her knowledge, in an authentic and inspiring way. Adding to that, her experience has really motivated me to want more from myself and what I could bring to the world. I am so grateful for her knowledge, her clarity and creating the space – so that we can learn, heal and become ourselves – embodied somatic coaches and teachers.
It has been a truly transformative journey for me, and I can honestly say that I feel more empowered, more present with whatever is there, more emotionally mature and resourceful than before. Besides, it has been a great opportunity to learn from the other practitioners and support each other.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this training to anybody that has experienced trauma in a way or another, but not only. Anyone that is interested in growing, in becoming a more embodied, compassionate human being. Thank you Aneta!” – Alexandra Haliciu

“I joined Aneta’s course to be a Trauma Informed Somatic Coach for Women because I feel I have more to give than just being a yoga teacher. I have always strived to help others to thrive in their lives but there is that extra that I can add to my work. I was looking for a course that can help me include a more therapeutic approach to my sessions with clients and I found it with Aneta.
The course had not been a disappointment! Aneta is very knowledgeable in her field and delivers the course in a compassionate way. I find Aneta very relatable and easy to connect with. She has a nice way about her and the course is full of really interesting content. I particularly enjoyed learning about theories attached to working with the body, such as the Internal Family Systems approach. The course has changed me in a way I did not expect. By taking up a regular daily practice of checking in with myself, I am aware of what I do and do not want in my life. As a result, my boundary setting has become a lot stronger, and I feel much more confident and empowered. I know which direction I want to go in moving forward which is something that was a grey area before I started the course. That is both within my personal life and in my business.
I recommend this course to anyone who wants to expand their knowledge and bring a more felt sense into their business or lives. Whether you choose the course for your personal development or as a business move. The Trauma Informed Somatic Coach & Teacher for Women course will develop you into a person who understands themselves and others on a different level because it teaches you to look at all aspects of a person – body, psyche and soul. If you are reading this you probably want to do the course so I would say just dive in and sign up. You definitely won’t regret it!” – Jade Wallace

“The reason I joined the course was because I’m a yoga instructor of 10 years and I was searching for a course that complimented my yoga knowledge, that could support me with my own understanding of emotional resilience and trauma recovery and ultimately create a safe space for my students. I felt that there was more necessary training I needed than what I received from my yoga studying. For example, I was volunteering at a suicide prevention clinic, and I didn’t feel I had enough resource to support the guests and I needed more understanding of trauma-informed approach.
As soon as I saw Aneta’s content and what she was sharing I knew I wanted to study with her. And it has been the best decision. The course runs over 10 months, which gives me time to absorb all the content, to self-study, learn how to hold space for myself and others, and become the Coach I want to be for my students and clients.
The course has been exactly what I was looking for. I am managing to absorb the content around work and being a single mother as it is spaced out and well delivered. I was worried I would not be able to study but I love studying with Aneta. The course is so well planned and all of content is perfectly delivered, and rich in its depth and breadth of trauma-informed approach, and somatic coaching and practices. The way that Aneta sets it all out is accessible, and thorough. Aneta creates a safe container to learn and for us to show up to learn as students and facilitators.” – Alicia Roscoe

I’ve been working with trauma and women for over 22 years in various settings, including 16 years front-line in Social Care where I worked with trauma, crisis intervention, mental health, addiction, DV, and child protection issues in various settings in London and Kent, and where I later trained and supervised front-line workers to engage and support vulnerable individuals and families.
I’ve set up and facilitated weekly women-only support group at our crisis centre for 6 years, and worked with women in 1-2-1 and in daily group sessions. I held monthly Women Moon Lodges, many workshops and Day Retreats at my yoga studio and other local venues. I worked with many women 1-2-1 in my Embodied Wisdom and Wellness Coaching Programmes. I also worked with women in the community – with various charities like Oasis, Soroptimist International, Kent Carers, etc.
I’ve been on my own journey of healing for over 28 years, practicing yoga and mindfulness, and teaching mindfulness yoga, mindfulness and somatics for over 13 years.
Over last two and a half decades I trained in various modalities including Mindfulness yoga and meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga for Pain, Slow Embodied yoga, Yin/Insight yoga, Psychology and Person-Centred Counselling, Master NLP and NLP for Health and Wellbeing, Life and Wellness Coaching, breathwork, Energy Healing and Reiki Master, Somatics and Embodiment, Bodywork and Thai Yoga Massage therapy.
I am a trained Embodiment/Somatic Coach, BSE – Become Safely Embodied Practitioner, and Focusing (Embodied Listening) Practitioner (Focusing Practitioner Training with Fiona Parr), and Somatic Movement teacher. I also completed many mental health and trauma-informed trainings including Transcending Sexual Trauma through Yoga.
I’m training to become a certified and ICF and CPD accredited Somatic and Narcissistic Abuse Trauma-informed Coach, and certified in Trauma-informed Positive Psychology Coaching Method.
I bring all of that experience into my work with all my students and clients (mostly women), creating an integrative approach – a unique mix of bio-psycho-social & spiritual approach that is client-led, compassionate and trauma-informed. TESTIMONIALS FROM PARTICIPANTS
“Joining Aneta’s 160hr training to become a trauma-informed Somatic Teacher & Coach for women is the best decision I’ve made in a long time, both personally and professionally. I’d already been working with Aneta on business coaching and having 1-1 sessions, and I love her approach to coaching, running a business and making sure we are truly living what we teach. Even though we are learning to work with others, Aneta instils in us that we have to do the work ourselves to be able to support them, but it’s done with so much understanding and compassion for who we are as individuals and the acknowledgment that our lives can be up and down.
Aneta has created a friendly, open space where we can talk about what we’re going through and how the course is unfolding for each of us, get the support we need, with the reminder to come back to ourselves and our practices, because they do help!
Over the last 3 months, I’ve felt a lot more growth and learning within myself. I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher but I am really drawn to Somatics, the nervous system and using the body to heal pain and trauma. It has been incredibly eye opening when I think of my own experiences and journey, as well as observing the people in my life. Although I love guiding Yoga, I don’t feel as connected to it from a teacher point of view, as I do with this work. I’ve been working with older adults and people with health conditions for a few years now and the way I support people is very much aligned with Somatics. Since I started introducing Somatics into my work, I’ve noticed big shifts in my clients, physically, emotionally and mentally, helping to reduce chronic pain, improve balance, make them feel more confident and at ease in their bodies, and introducing movement when there has been years of resistance. I’ve witnessed mindset shifts that has meant some big changes in their lives and expressing their needs openly for the first time in years. Somatics feels really aligned with how I want to live my life, how I want to show up and run my business and work with others. I love how open, invitational, expressive and intuitive it can be; a way to access joy and creativity, whilst finding tools for inner resourcing.
It makes me excited to dive deeper and share this with others. Everything Aneta has put into the course so far, has lit me up and made me want to learn more. Aneta is so passionate about what she does and this really comes through in the course content. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys learning about the intricacies of the human body (soma), mind (pysche) and soul on a deeper level, and how this can support people who are disconnected from themselves, whilst also supporting yourself; I have never been on a course that encourages so much of your own practice to self-awareness and self-healing. For this I am incredibly grateful!” – Sophie Rey
