Mini-Retreats feedback

In the past year I worked closely with Samantha Lewis and we delivered a number of Mini-Retreats at my Yoga and Wellness studio in Ramsgate.

Here is just some of the feedback received from past events:

Samantha and Aneta are an excellent team who create the prefect environment in which to work on yourself while feeling supported. Their workshop helped me to unite my brain and body, enabling me to start solving my issues. It really worked for me

I arrived exhausted, tense and on mental overdrive. I’m leaving feeling aware of myself and that I want to prioritise taking care of myself. I’m looking forward to going home, lighting a candle and feeling comfortable and calm again. Lunch was also lovely. I liked that things/activities were worded in a way that offered rather than instructed ie gentle + understanding of possible issues that might arise for individuals.’
