THAI YOGA MASSAGE

.

Thai Yoga Massage is a deeply healing and balancing treatment and the best ‘Relax, Rebalance and Renew’ gift for yourself or your loved ones.

It is often described as ‘a practical application of Loving-Kindness’ because it is deeply nourishing and healing.

It is fondly called ‘yoga for the lazy’ because it’s a combination of passive yoga stretches and working on energy lines and pressure points throughout the whole body.

It is done on a firm futon on a floor and traditionally lasts 2 hours.

Thai Yoga Massage and Bodywork has great therapeutic benefits for:

  • back pain
  • shoulder and neck tension
  • reducing stiffness in the body
  • when unable to relax even though feeling tired
  • improves breathing
  • improves posture
  • helping with digestive disorders by switching off ‘stress response’ in the body
  • feelings of tension, exhaustion and overwhelm
  • headaches
  • joint pain
  • menstruation/hormonal problems
  • insomnia and sleep issues
  • conditions linked to the levels of stress of our modern lifestyle
