It’s a time to deeply nourish your body, emotions, mind and soul with mindful and somatic movement and breath. It’s time to let go of stress and anxiety, and create calm and ease in your body and mind.

We will meet at my peaceful home studio in Ramsgate and start with an in-depth assessment of your needs, physical movement and overall state of wellbeing. We will discuss what you’d like to get from your Private Retreat and personalise your yoga and movement practice.

You will experience Thai Yoga Massage treatment to let go of any tightness and holding within your body and to rebalance your energy. If you’ve never experienced it – you are in for a real treat! (CLICK HERE for more info about Thai Yoga Massage)

Following your Private Retreat you will receive a written feedback + resources for home practice. As part of this pack you will also receive my 4-week online self-study programme – Supercharge Your Wellness (CLICK HERE for more info about this programme)

This Private Retreat can be taken in the morning or afternoon during the weekdays and weekends.
