A series of Friday yoga evenings held at Manor Barn Canterbury

Nourish your body, mind, emotions and soul in our evening of deeply restorative yin yoga and therapeutic sound bath. Our intention (Natasha, Aneta and Naomy) is to support you to unwind so that you can begin your weekend feeling more centred and calm.

We supply mats, bolsters and all yoga equipment for your session so all you need is comfortable clothing and a water bottle.

AN EVENING OF YIN + RESTORATIVE YOGA SET TO A THERAPEUTIC SOUND BATH

Our fusion of sound and yoga offer you the opportunity to unwind any physical tensions restoring your body’s equilibrium whilst enjoying the benefits of being bathed in sound.

Held in comfort we hope to create the perfect environment so that you can enter into a state of consciousness akin to meditation where stress hormones lower, blood pressure and heart rate drop and in this state, cellular regeneration can also occur.

We trust that you will leave with a sense of fully embodying yourself, grounded, calm and more self aware.

We offer 12 places and our 2.5 hour session costs £30

AN EVENING OF YIN AND RESTORATIVE YOGA AND THERAPEUTIC TOUCH

Our fusion of yin yoga and guided Thai massage stretches that we will demonstrate and practice practiced in pairs will provide the perfect environment in which to trust, surrender and to unwind any tensions (mental, emotional, physical) to restore your sense of equilibrium.

Held in comfort we hope to create the perfect environment so that you can enter into a state of deep fascial release and body nourishment so that you leave feeling more connected, present and aware.

We offer 12 places and our 2.5 hour session costs £25.

AN EVENING OF MEDITATION, MANTRA AND YIN YOGA

Friday 8th May 2020 / Friday October 30th 2020. 1800-2030

Our fusion of meditation, manta and yin yoga offers you the opportunity to quieten your mind and tune into the deeper realms of your consciousness.

Most of us spend a considerable amount of our awake time with our brainwaves in the state of beta (13040HZ). This faster waveform can be associated with stress, irritability, anxiety and depression. Through meditation and mantra, we can drop into slower brainwave forms of beta, theta and delta states. In these frequencies we may experience more calmness, focus, insights, creative ideas, and contentment. Combined with nurturing and slow yin yoga we offer you the opportunity to unwind physical tensions, held emotions and repressed thoughts to help restore your body’s equilibrium. Held in comfort we hope to create the perfect environment so that you can enter into a state of deep fascial release and body nourishment so that you leave feeling more connected, present and aware.
