BodyMind Stress Reset is a 6-session programme for Recovery from Stress and Burnout.
It brings together practices from Embodiment Coaching and Embodied Listening (Focusing), Therapeutic and Trauma-informed Yoga, and Somatic Meditation and Movement.
You are unique – you have a unique body, past experiences, lifestyles, current and past work/career, fitness levels and ability, as well as your experience of illness and trauma.
In this 6-session programme our focus will be on your unique needs and practices that support you best in re-wiring your nervous system for deep inner stabily, connection and self-regulation.
In our fortnightly BodyMind Stress Reset sessions we work towards your individual goals, allowing you to grow at your own pace and address any concerns.
You will receive some resources (practice videos, meditations) to help you create or further build your home practice suitable for your needs and requirements.

I’m a registered Senior Yoga Teacher, Trainer and Mentor/YogaCoach with Yoga Alliance Professionals with over 12 years of teaching experience and over 5000 ‘official’ teaching hours. Combine that with over 28 years of personal practice and countless trainings and courses (and being a book worm :-)) – I use a unique blend of mindful teaching – one that focuses on developing inner connection thorugh embodied yoga, somatic movement, embodiment practices, breath and self-in-presence.
I teach in an integrative way and bring together bio-psycho-social approach with trauma-informed yoga. I use practices from mindfulness, embodied yoga and somatic movement, yin and restorative yoga, breathwork, embodiment practices with a deep compassionate inner enquiry called Focusing – Embodied Listening (working with felt-senses and Internal Family Systems).

Sessions to be taken online via Zoom or at my home in Ramsgate.
Your first session will last up to 90 mins, following with fortnightly sessions lasting up to 60 mins. All sessions need to be used within 8 weeks from start date.
